Cheryl is a Registered Physiotherapist who achieved her Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University in 1995. She completed her Canadian College of Osteopathy program with a Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice in 2009. She has trained with Stott Studios in Rehabilitation Pilates in both mat and reformer. Cheryl is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA), the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO). She has completed numerous post- graduate courses in Sport Medicine and Orthopedics in Boston, Massachusetts. Cheryl regularly attends symposiums in the U.S. for further advancement and credentials. She combines her osteopathic skills with her expertise in Orthopedic Manual Physiotherapy which leads to a unique approach in her practice. Cheryl has successfully practiced at this location since 2002.
Dana discovered Pilates while training as a professional dancer. Interest and investigation led to her becoming a Pilates Mat Instructor through Physical Mind Canada. Her love of movement and her knowledge as a Mat Instructor, then directed her into the fitness arena where she conducted group fitness classes and bootcamps. Her rehabilitation from a broken foot then prompted her to pursue and attain the completion of her comprehensive training in Reformer, Chair, and Cadillac, with the California-based, Body Arts Science International (BASI).
Dana has worked with pelvic floor specialists and taken movement courses on Osteoporosis to further supplement her fitness knowledge. She has found a niche in teaching proper alignment and movement techniques that helped her clients, feel taller and to aid in the reduction and elimination of their pain.
She believes we can all be pain-free and uses the combined teachings of Joseph Pilates, dance and fitness education to help her clients achieve their fitness and pain-free goals.
Ronald has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist for over 10 years, working in multi-disciplinary clinics. He graduated from Elmcrest College School of Applied Health Sciences in 2003, and maintains his membership in the Ontario Massage Therapy Association.
Ronald has extensive knowledge in the area of rehabilitation therapy, with certification in Shiatsu, Thai Massage & Hot stone therapy. Ronald has experience with pre and post-pregnancy massage, treating lymphedema cause from cancer by manual lymphatic drainage, and has developed programs for athletes and clients requiring rehabilitation from accidents.
Ronald is dedicated to providing the highest quality massage. He is currently pursuing a Diploma in Acupuncture at the Canadian Traditional Chinese Medicine School.
Nancy has over 30 years experience as a Registered Massage and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Therapist, and Acupuncture Practitioner. The TCM theory employs tongue and pulse reading to asses relations of multiple systems such as endocrine, digestive, respiratory, and circulatory.
Nancy is focused on restoring her clients’ health and well-being by providing caring expertise through a broad range of treatments.
